The activity of ENERTRONIC is the distribution of electrical equipment. The Quality Policy of ENERTRONIC pursues as a fundamental objective the continuous improvement of the quality of our services, evolving over time through continuous improvement and offering our customers an excellent service in all aspects.

To this end, it undertakes the following commitments:

The full satisfaction of our clients and the fulfillment of the needs and expectations of other stakeholders.

  • Appropriate channels of communication with customers will be maintained for the detection of their current and future needs, in order to ensure their satisfaction with the fulfilment of their needs, requirements and expectations.
  • ENERTRONIC’s ongoing commitment to Quality Management will be demonstrated through training and awareness-raising programmes promoting participatory quality management, enabling staff skills to be used for continuous improvement of the production process.
  • To ensure the development of its activities within the applicable regulations and regulations, compliance will be given to the legislation, as well as to other requirements signed with its clients and other interested parties.
  • Comply with the requirements and continuously improve the efficiency of the Quality Management System, through the implementation of measurement systems and monitoring of the work performed for our clients as well as quality objectives.
  • All ENERTRONIC staff must be able to detect and meet customer requirements.
